- All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. (Subject to delays in certain circumstances.)
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.
- Delivery estimates will be provided to you at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected.
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods:
- We offer various shipping methods such as Standard Shipping, Express Shipping and International Shipping.
- The shipping method and cost will be determined at checkout.
- All orders come with tracking information which will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping:
- Chellyz offers international shipping to select countries.
- Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country's customs department.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- We do not offer shipping to freight forwarding addresses or international package forwarding services.
